Bastion 1.4.1

Fixed

• The sidebar is sorted alphabetically, with Bastion pinned to the top. The list had followed the order of servers.json for catalog entries and gone alphabetical only for the ones you add yourself. That order is the catalog's rather than yours and nothing in the app ever shows it, so a sidebar of five servers read as shuffled: a name had to be scanned for instead of jumped to, and the more servers were installed the worse it got.

Bastion's own entry stays first whatever its name would sort as. It is the app rather than one of the choices, and a control plane that moves down the list as servers are added and removed is one nobody can find twice.
